Estepona is where the studio is based and the municipality where we have supervised most of our work. That means first-hand knowledge of how the planning department reads a file, of real processing times and of the particularities of each urbanisation.
The growth of the western Costa del Sol has shifted much of the demand for exclusive housing from Marbella towards Estepona. Plots here are generally larger and somewhat less expensive, which allows a more generous brief for the same overall budget.
We handle new build, full refurbishment and extensions, and take on complete construction management through to the first occupation licence.

Is your studio actually in Estepona?
Yes. The office is at Centro Comercial Diana, Bloque 1, Local 18, 29688 Estepona. Meetings can be held in person or by video call.
Is it cheaper to build in Estepona than in Marbella?
Construction cost per square metre is similar, because it depends on the same contractors and the same materials. The difference is usually the land price, which in Estepona tends to be lower for comparable plots.
What do you need from me to start?
The cadastral reference of the plot, the land registry extract if you already own it, and an outline brief: number of bedrooms, whether you want a basement, a pool, and the construction budget you have in mind.
